What is Product Swap?
Product Swap replaces a chosen product in an existing photo. It aims to keep the model, pose, setting and everything else unchanged.

Model Swap changes the person in a photo. It aims to keep the products, clothing and composition.
Only use photos of people who have agreed to have their likeness used.
What is Environment Swap?
Environment Swap changes the setting or background. It aims to keep the subject and the products. Check the lighting and how naturally the subject fits into the new setting.
What is Pose Swap?
Pose Swap changes the model's pose. You can describe the new pose in words or use a photo of the pose.
Before generating, SwapCat checks how difficult the pose is and whether extra photos would help. This check is free.
Bigger changes may need extra photos, especially when parts of the clothing or products that weren't visible before will now be shown.
Why does SwapCat ask for extra reference photos?
Extra angles and close-ups help the AI understand how a product is made and what it looks like, including details that the original photo doesn't show.
Can I add extra instructions?
Yes. Keep instructions short and specific.
Avoid conflicting requests, such as replacing the model while also asking to keep the original person unchanged. SwapCat warns you while you type when it spots a conflict. You can still generate.
