Teammates, roles and getting help.
Can I invite teammates?
Yes. During the private beta, SwapCat sends the invitations: ask support and say who should join and as which role. Your team is listed in Settings.
Can everyone approve images?
No. Only people with the Approver role can approve. Members can make images, ask for changes or reject them.
Where can I see previous generations?
Open Media, or the campaign the images belong to. There you'll find your images, their reviews and their versions.
How do I contact support?
Email SwapCat support. The address is under Contact support at the top of the Help Center.
How do I report an incorrect result or technical issue?
Contact support. Tell us the workflow, roughly when it happened, and a link to the image page.
Never send passwords, API keys or other secrets.
To report content you think is unlawful or harmful, use the same address and say so in the subject.
